Waiver Of Subrogation

TEN-WEST TOWING, INC. UNDERSTANDS THE DANGERS OF DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES PERTAINING TO THE TOWING AND TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY.

To the extent permitted by law, the “AGENT” hereby releases TEN-WEST TOWING, INC. its elected and appointed officials, employees and volunteers and any others working on behalf of TEN-WEST TOWING, INC. from any and all liability or responsibility to the AGENT or anyone claiming through or under the AGENT by way of subrogation or otherwise, for any loss, existing damage, new damage or injury to property, equipment or personnel caused by movement, fire, injury or any other casualty involved in the scope of work taking place at:
LOCATION:*
at the direction and request of the AGENT.
SCOPE:*
This provision shall be applicable and in full force and effect only with respect to loss of damage or injury occurring during the time of the AGENTS requested completion of the above scope of work. AGENT agrees and states that all Automobile Liability, General Lability and Workers Comp policies are true and active within stated limits by the CHP TSA 2018.
